Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Normera Mindlife Private Limited through the breakOCD platform, including Clinical Panel consultations, workshops, and subscription plans. By making a payment on the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1. Clinical Panel Consultations
1.1 Cancellation by the User
You may cancel a booked consultation free of charge provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund. The session will be marked as a no-show and the full session fee will be forfeited.
To cancel an appointment, please use the cancellation option within the platform. If you are unable to cancel through the platform, contact us at hello@breakocd.com at least 24 hours before your appointment with your booking details.
1.2 Rescheduling by the User
You may reschedule a booked consultation free of charge provided you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to practitioner availability and cannot be guaranteed. A rescheduling fee may apply in such cases.
1.3 Cancellation by the Practitioner
In the event that a Clinical Panel Professional cancels or is unable to attend a scheduled session, you will be offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or rescheduling to an alternative time at no additional charge. We will notify you as soon as possible in such circumstances.
1.4 Technical Failure
If a session cannot proceed due to a technical failure on our end, including platform outages, connection failures attributable to our infrastructure, or similar issues, you will be entitled to either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional charge, at your choice. Please report such issues to hello@breakocd.com within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.
Technical difficulties on your end, including your own internet connection, device, or browser, do not qualify for a refund or reschedule under this provision.
1.5 No-Show
If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with this Policy, the full session fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Trial
Where a free trial period is offered, no charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial period through your account settings at no cost.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a billing period once it has commenced.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full year. Access will continue until the end of the annual subscription period.
Renewals of annual subscriptions are not refundable once processed. We will send a reminder notification at least 7 days before your annual renewal date.
2.4 Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, go to your account settings on the platform and select the cancellation option. Alternatively, contact us at hello@breakocd.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate or partially refund subscription fees for unused periods beyond the provisions above.
3. General Provisions
3.1 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times are 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Sessions cancelled by the user within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Sessions where the user did not attend and did not cancel in advance.
Subscription fees for periods already commenced, except as described in Section 2.3.
Any promotional, discounted, or complimentary sessions or subscriptions, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
3.3 Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at hello@breakocd.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will work to resolve legitimate concerns promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
3.4 Modifications to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or by email where material. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.

5. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
